PETITION TO WITHDRAW HOLDING OF ABANDONMENT

Dear Sir:

Applicant respectfully petitions to withdraw the holding of abandonment
of the above-captioned application mailed on July 12, 2006 (copy enclosed). The
Notice of Abandonment indicates that Applicant failed to respond to the notification
of Missing Requirements mailed April 19, 2005 within the time period set.

Defective Response Regarding Requirements for Patent Applications Containing
Nucleotidesequence And/Or Amino Acid Sequence Disclosures was filed with the
USPTO on July 28, 2005 as indicated on the copy of the Response and return
stamped postcard attached hereto. In this Response, the Commissioner is
authorized to charge the extension of time fee(s) and additional claim fees to
Applicant's deposit account.

Therefore, it is respectfully requested that the Holding of Abandonment
be withdrawn and no fee should be due for this Petition based upon the fact that
Applicant did in fact file a Response to the Notification of Missing Requirements as
evidenced by a copy of the Response and return postcard, along with the sequence
listing in both computer-readable and written format, submitted with this Petition.
